We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not happy with your course for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2. All-Access Annual Pass

The All-Access Annual Pass includes a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are not available as the pass provides immediate access to all 60+ courses.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at refunds@bittrainingacademy.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address used at purchase
• The course or bundle name
• Date of purchase (if known)

Refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for courses that have been completed in full (100% progress recorded). If you believe there is an error, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
