Course Overview

Effective project management is one of the most valuable and transferable skills in any career. This course covers the complete project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closing — using both traditional (waterfall) and Agile approaches. You will build a full project plan including scope statement, WBS, schedule (Gantt chart), risk register, stakeholder register, and budget. Aligned to PMI PMBOK 7th edition principles and introductory Scrum/Agile concepts.
